Excel Engineering Consultants, Inc. was established in 1992, by Mr. Julian R. Coto, P.E., D.E.E. to provide Architects, Real Estate Owners, Industries, Governments and Institutions with superior Civil and Environmental Professional Engineering Services.

We have found that the key to achieving successful projects is founded on a philosophy of thorough engineering analysis and a team approach.  The project team includes the end user, other consultants, regulatory agencies and contractor.  The team needs to be integrated and each member's expertise used wisely to achieve maximum effectiveness.  A thorough needs assessment and analysis needs to occur at the start of the project.  It is important to get a good grasp of the Big Picture.  Subsequently, a conceptual solution can be formulated and coordinated with the team.  Once the concept has been developed and formulated understand the application of the regulations and codes and pay attention to the details of the work.  It's been said that the "devil" is in the details.
