Cedar Creek Retail Center is a multi-jurisdictional project located in Oviedo, Florida.  The property is part of the Alafaya Trails Planned Unit Development and master stromwter drainage plan.  The project consisted of a 3.6 vacant parcel of land for construction into a 25,758 s.f. multi tenant retail shopping center.  Excel Engineering services included completing a feasibility study, land planning, design and permitting with the City of Oviedo, Seminole County, FDOT and FDEP.  Construction for the facility was completed in 2008.
