This project is situated at the end of International Boulevard South off of Lake Mary Boulevard in Lake Mary, Seminole County, Florida.  Excel Engineering Consultants performed permitting and desing services for a 24.7 acre Planned Unit Development.

The Planned Unit Development included one 94 unit Assisted Living Facility (ALF), approximately 82,000 s.f., one 160 unit Independent Living Facility (ILF), approximately 200,000 s.f. and 25 Villa Duplex Units.  Services performed included permitting with FDOT (Drainage Connection and Utility Right-of-Way), Seminole County, SJRWMD and FDEP (Water and Sewer).
