The project is situated near the instersection of Alafaya Trail Boulevard and Dalton Road in Seminole County.  Excel Engineering Consultants, LLC performed permitting and design services for a 23.2 acre Planned Unit Development (11.64 acres utilized for townhomes) in the City of Oviedo.

The Planned Unit Development included 130 townhomes and five commercial parcels.  Services performed included permitting with FDOT (Driveway Connection and Utility Right-of-Way), Seminole County, City of Oviedo, SJRWMD and FDEP (Water & Sewer).  Issues with the PUD included wetland mitigation, compensatory storage and design and three wet ponds.

This site design concepts provided an efficient and economical site design.
